It does produce less than broke boi/mono tubs. I've been using a hole puncher to get 1/4" holes in the lids and then throwing one of those micopore stickers on it. I PC'd 2 jars and just followed the pot sterilization for 6 others. 5 or with the rice in the pot filling the water to a cm or two above the rice. I cook it, turn it out to a sheet pan to dry and cool, and once it's cooled I put them in the jars. It has less of a chance to contaminate though.
